电磁制动改善超低碳钢冷轧板表面质量的试验研究

Research of influence of electromagnetic brake on ultra-low carbon steel surface quality

摘要 研究了鞍钢股份有限公司板坯连铸机的结晶器电磁制动技术对铸坯皮下夹杂缺陷和冷轧板表面质量的影响。结果表明:电磁制动处理降低了铸坯表层较大尺寸夹杂物的含量,显著改善了冷轧板表面质量,冷轧板表面夹杂缺陷发生率从0.68%降到0.14%。 In this article the influence of mold electromagnetic brake on the slab surface inclusion defect and quality of cold roiled sheet are studied. The results show that by u- sing electromagnetic brake the larger inclusions in the surface layer of the slab can be re- duced and the surface quality improved significantly and the occurrence rate of the sur- face defect of the cold rolled sheet is reduced from 0. 68 % to 0. 14 %.
