摘要
利用1∶4水力学模拟试验研究了钢包透气砖最佳安装位置、CAS罩的最佳浸入深度,获得了钢包吹氩精炼过程的最佳吹气量,对不同渣层厚度选择合适的排渣气量进行了探讨。研究结果不仅有利于提高钢水成分和温度的均匀性,而且对提高钢水洁净度和加强吹氩精炼冶金效果具有很好的作用。
The optimal installation location of the permeable bricks ot ladle and the best immersion depth of the CAS hood are experimentally simulated by application of a 1/4 scale water model. The optimal gas blow rate is determined for the ladle argon blow process and the appropriate argon blow rate for the different thick slag layer is discussed as well. Results of the study are not only beneficial for improving uniformity o{ compo- sition and temperature, but also for increasing purity of the molten steel and improving the metallurgical effect of argon blowing.
