钢包烘烤器燃烧特性的数值模拟与优化研究 被引量:1

Numerical simulation and optimization research of combustion characteristics of the ladle baking equipment

摘要 利用商业软件Fluent,采用有限差分方法和修正的速度-压力耦合算法Simplec,对钢包烘烤过程的流动、燃烧、传热现象进行数值模拟与优化研究,定量分析了空燃比、空气预热温度、煤气流量等烘烤工艺参数对钢包内温度分布的影响。结果表明,保持空燃比4∶1,增加煤气流量和空气预热温度是提高钢包烘烤温度的有效措施,这将对指导现场生产有重要的意义。模拟计算结果与现场工况实测结果基本吻合。 Using commercial soft Fluent, and finite difference and Simplec methods, nu- merical simulation and optimization research of gas flow, combustion and heat transfer in ladle during the baking process has been carried out. The influences of air-fuel ratio, preheated air temperature and gas flux on the temperature distribution of ladle are quan- titatively analyzed. Results show that when the air-fuel ratio is four, raising the flux of gas appropriately and preheated air temperature are effective measures to obtain the bet- ter baking temperature of the ladle. It is of great importance to guide the practical pro- duction. The simulation results are basically consistent with the measured ones.
