摘要
切离处于分蘖盛期二棱皮大麦 (浙皮 1号、申麦 1号、莆 6 0 0 8、闽麦 0 2 )植株的各个分蘖 ,将其基部浸泡于 0 .0 4 %的秋水仙素溶液中 2 4 h,可诱发产生大量性状变异。在 M2 代 ,对 5个性状的考察结果显示 ,4个品种 (系 )处理的株高、主穗长、千粒重均产生显著到极显著的变异 ;主穗粒数和单株有效穗数 ,有 3个品种 (系 )处理产生显著到极显著的变异。选择结果表明 ,这些变异在 M1代可进行有效选择 ,有些变异在 M2
The tillers were cut off at the vigorous tillering stage of 4 two\|rowed barley varieties and their base were soaked in 0 04% colchicine solutinon for 24 h,and a large numbers of valuable variations were induced.Among 5 characters had been investigated in M 2, plant height, ear length and 1000\|grain weight showed significant variations in four treated varieties, grains per ear and ears per plant showed significant variations in 3 varieties. These induced variations could be selected in M 1 Some of them could stabilize early in M 2
