摘要
:采用 De Vogel氏法对福建省花生主产区分离到的 2 54个 A.flavus菌株产毒性进行研究 ,产毒菌株率为 6 2 .6 % ,其中低毒菌株占 4 6 .1%、中毒菌株占 14 .2 %、高毒菌株占 2 .4 %。惠安、莆田、福清、平潭 4个县 (市 )产毒菌株率在 70 %以上。A.flavus菌株致病力研究结果表明 ,产毒菌株比非产毒菌株致病性强 ,差异显著 ;低毒与高毒菌株间致病性差异不显著。同一产毒类型菌株间致病性有强弱分化 ,不同花生品种对 A.flavus菌株的抗性有显著差异 ,致病力×品种互作显著 ,产毒力×品种互作显著 ,产毒力×致病性×品种三者之间互作极显著。说明 A.
The De vogel was used to identify the toxigenicity of the two hundred and fifty\|four A flavus strains separated from the main groundnut\|producing area of Fujian province.The toxigenic A flavus strains accounted for 62 6%,among which the low toxic,middle toxic and high toxic strains making up 46 1%,14 2% and 2 4%,respectively and the non\|toxigenic strains accounted for 37 4%.The percentage of toxigenic A.flavus strains in Huian,Putian,Fuqing and Pingtan were over 70 0%.The pathogenicity of toxigenic A.flavus strains were significantly stronger than that of the non\|toxigenic.But there were no significant difference between the low toxic and the high toxic strain in pathogenicity.The pathogenicity of the same level of toxigenic strains showed variation,also showed signicant difference in their resistance to A flavus among different peanut varieties.In addition,there were signicant interaction between pathogenicity and peanut variety, significant interaction between toxigenicty and peanut variety,and among toxigenicity, pathogenicity and peanut variety.The result showed that there were differentiation among the A flavus strains in their pathogenicity.
