摘要
对含梯形波纹腹板的复合材料层压梁结构进行有限元建模方法研究,并将该方法应用于某层压梁结构刚度和稳定性分析中;建立不同工况下结构的有限元模型,得到其刚度和临界屈曲载荷值。同时提出一种新的复合材料波纹腹板层压梁刚度和稳定性等效分析方法。与传统对波纹板结构细化的有限元建模方法相比较,运用该等效优化分析方法对含波纹板结构的分析效率明显提高。对结构刚度和屈曲载荷进行曲线拟合,有限元分析结果数据点与拟合预测曲线吻合较好。
The finite element analysis (FEA) method was used to study on the stiffness and stability of a laminated beam with trapezoidal corrugated plate. Variety FE models were created under different work conditions to investigate the stiffness and critical buckling load of the structure. The method of equivalent analysis was proposed for the FE analysis. It was proved that the new method is more efficient than the traditional FE method for the beam structure with corrugated plate. The stiffness and buckling load of the structure have carried on the curve fitting, and the FEA results agree well with the predictions.
