摘要
三维装配工艺系统是CAPP发展的一个热门趋势,其基础数据主要来源于三维CAD系统模型信息.针对汽车等行业常用的CATIA三维模型装配信息提取的关键技术与难点,介绍如何深入应用CAA二次开发技术,提取装配信息并应用于三维装配工艺系统,编制装配工艺.
The tri-dimensional assembly process system is a hot trend in the development of CAPP, its primary source of basic data is information of three-dimensional CAD model. This paper focuses on the pivotal technic and difficulty of assembly information's extraction in CATIA which is commonly used in auto trade, describing how to apply CAA secondary development technology in depth, extract assembly information and use it to the three-dimensional assembly process system, and compile assembly process.
