Vocational Education for Comprehensive and Sustainable Development of Human Being

职业教育应树立"为了人的全面可持续发展"的教育理念。职业教育首先应该是人的教育,其次才是职业的教育;职业教育教师在教学过程中,首先应该强调职业精神的教育,其次才是职业技能的教育。职业教育应以推动教师专业化为引领,以加强"双师型"教师队伍建设为重点,以创新制度和机制为动力,以完善培养培训体系为保障,以实施素质提高计划为抓手,加强师资队伍建设,同时为校企合作提供政策和制度保障。

Vocational education should establish the view of trying to promote the comprehensive and sustainable develop- ment of students. Vocational education should take human education as the first and vocational education as the second; the teaching of vocational education should emphasize to cultivate professional spirit firstly, and attach importance to pro- fessional skills education secondly. Vocational education should stress the professionalization of teachers, make efforts to build ＂dual-qualification＂ teachers, take system innovation as the motive, take optimization of training system as the assur- ance, and try to provide policy and system assurance for school-enterprise cooperation.
