高职“具国际竞争力高端技能型人才”培养目标初论

Initial Analysis on the Talent Cultivation Objective of “High-end Skilled Talents with International Competitiveness” of Higher Vocational Education

近年来,我国高职教育人才培养目标内容不断被充实,层次不断被提升,已经从单纯强调技术、技艺的掌握到综合多种因素要求凸显技能的准备。在建设现代职业教育体系的背景下,高职教育的高等性日益得到重视,已经从高技能型跃升到了高端技能型的定位。高职人才培养目标的视线需要从政府、高职院校及各方联动机制层面出发,对办学定位、办学战略、办学方针等实现系统化统筹。

In recent years, the contents of talents cultivation goal for higher vocational education of China are enriched and its level is upgraded from simply strengthening the mastery of technologies and skills to highlighting the preparation for skills by integrating many factors. Under the context of establishing modern vocational education system, the higher character of higher vocational education has been paid more attention and has jumped to high-end skilled orientation from high-skilled orientation. To achieve its goal, higher vocational schools need to start from levels such as government, higher vocational schools and parties＇ linkage mechanism to systematically plan the orientation, strategy and policy of school-running as a whole.
