Analysis on the Orientation of Talent Training Objective of Application-oriented Undergraduate Education in Modern Vocational Education System

现代职业教育体系下应用本科人才培养目标定位是高等教育大众化阶段社会对高等教育人才培养的多元化需求,是高等职业教育可持续发展的需求,是技术发展对本科层次职业教育的需求。从现代职业教育视阈和社会对高端技能型人才需求出发,通过对人才分类理论、学位分类理论和高等教育分类理论三个维度进行分析,现代职业教育体系下应用本科人才培养目标的定位主要是培养工程技术型和技术技能型的复合型应用人才。

To clarify the orientation of talent training objectives of application-oriented undergraduate education in modem vocational education system is the diversified needs for talents in the massification stage of higher education, is the need of the sustainable development of higher vocational education as well as the demand for bachelor talents of technological development. From the perspective of vocational education and the need for high-skilled talents, by analyzing the theo- ries of talent classification, degree classification and higher education classification, the orientation of talent training objec- tive of application-oriented undergraduate education is to cultivate inter-disciplinary application talents, such as engineer- ing technical talents and technical skills talents.
