摘要
职业院校"双师型"教师知识结构是一种由专业、教育和职业三个维度所形成的复合型知识结构。其具体可解释为:由专业理论知识、专业实践知识和专业反思知识构成的专业知识;由教育理论知识、教育实践知识和教育反思知识构成的教育知识;由职业理论知识、职业实践知识和职业反思知识构成的职业知识。"双师型"知识结构的培养需采取"学校与企业、工作与学习、理论与实践"等跨界性的学习方式。
The knowledge structure of "dual-qualification" teachers in vocational schools is compound, which is composed of three dimensions: professional knowledge that is composed of professional theoretical, practical and introspection knowl- edge; educational knowledge that is composed of educational theoretical, practical and introspection knowledge; occupation- al knowledge that is composed of occupational theoretical, practical and introspection knowledge. In order to cultivate the knowledge structure of "dual-qualification" teachers, it should adopt cross-border learning modes such as school and enter- prise, work and learning as well as theory and practice.
