Chen Xuanshan advocated that the major objective of vocational education is to cultivate productivity; the curri- cula of vocational education should include students＇ full-motion, adhere to the principle of universality and take scientif- ic occupation or work analysis as the basis; vocational remediation education is an important part of vocational education; trainings for vocational education teachers should contain specialized subject training and education research training; voca- tional guidance is that everyone needed and has high value, so it has to be effectively implemented.
