摘要
做好读者和馆员培训工作,提高读者信息素养、馆员素质是高校图书馆目前工作中的重中之重。建立图书馆内部讲师,利用馆员来培训馆员、读者,能够使培训工作更具有针对性和实用性。利用系统论的方法来思考内部讲师建立问题,目的在于做到系统的整体优化,确保内部讲师能够成功建立并充分发挥作用。
The readers and librarians training and the improving of the readers'information literacy and the quality of the librarians are the most important of all in academic libraries'current working. Establishing inner trainers in the libraries and using librarians to train librarians and readers can make the training be more relevant and practical. Using the system theory approach to establish the inner trainers is to achieve the overall optimization of the system and ensure the successful establishment of the inner trainers and the full function of it. 6 refs.
