The readers and librarians training and the improving of the readers＇information literacy and the quality of the librarians are the most important of all in academic libraries＇current working. Establishing inner trainers in the libraries and using librarians to train librarians and readers can make the training be more relevant and practical. Using the system theory approach to establish the inner trainers is to achieve the overall optimization of the system and ensure the successful establishment of the inner trainers and the full function of it. 6 refs.
