Comparative Study on the Library Reference Services between China and USA in Recent 10 Years

文章在调查中美图书馆近十年参考咨询服务发展现状的基础上,,对参考咨询服务及联盟在发展阶段、人员构成、服务模式及服务质量等进行了比较分析,指出中美图书馆存在的差距,提出了中国图书馆参考咨询联盟协作,提升参考咨询服务水平的建议。

On the basis of the investigation on the current development status of library reference services between China and USA in recent 10 years, this paper gives a comparative analysis on the development stage, staff, services model and services quality of reference services and consortia, points out the gap between Chinese and American libraries and puts forward some suggestions on the collaboration of library reference services of China and promoting the services level. 15 refs.
