强力旋压制备超细晶筒形件的可行性研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于强烈冷塑性变形理论,探索了强力旋压制备超细晶筒形件的工艺方案,研究了20钢钢管强力旋压工艺对旋压件微观组织结构和力学性能的影响,从实验的角度探讨分析了强力旋压获得超细晶块体金属材料的可行性。实验结果显示,通过"多道次强旋—静态再结晶—终旋—再结晶退火"的方案制备的筒形件晶粒为<1μm的等轴晶,且筒形件外形特征尺寸精度较高,其综合力学性能也得到一定提高,初步从实验的角度验证了强力旋压制备超细晶筒形件是可行的。 Based on theory of severe plastic deformation at room temperature, the power spinning process for fabricating the ultrafine grain (UFG) tubular part was investigated and its influence on mechanical property of 20 steel tubular part was also analysed. Finally, the feasibility of process scheme, multi-pass stagger spinning--static recrystallization --stagger spinning--recrystallization annealing, was verified through experiment. The result reveals that the minimum size of equiaxed crystal with random crystallographic orientations was less than lIam by this process scheme. Moreover, not only the macro sizes have a good accuracy, but also the com- prehensive mechanical properties are improved, which indicates that the fabrication of UFG tubular part by this scheme is feasible.
