摘要 糖尿病性骨质疏松发病率高、易致骨折,严重威胁老年人的健康。胰高血糖素样肽-1是由肠道L细胞分泌的一种重要的肠促胰岛素,近年来研究发现,其不仅具有降糖作用,而且表现出独立于胰岛素和甲状旁腺激素的促进骨形成作用,并通过降钙素间接抑制骨吸收,同时抑制骨髓间充质干细胞在早期向脂肪细胞分化,在糖尿病骨质疏松的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。 Diabetic osteoporosis becomes a serious threat to the health of the elderly because of its high morbidity and incidence of fracture. Glucagon like peptide-1 is an important incretin which is secreted from the intestinal L cells. Recent years researchers have found that glucagon like peptide-1 can not only play an important role in glucose control,but also promote bone formation independent of insulin and parathyroid hormone ,inhibit bone resorption mediated by calcitonin ,and suppress bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells' adipocyte differentiation. Thus it plays an important role in the pathogenesis and development of diabetic osteoporosis.
