摘要
研究了低品位氧化锌矿石的微波还原焙烧—硫酸浸出锌,考察了微波功率、活性炭粉加入量和微波加热时间对矿石中铁还原度及铁还原度对锌、铁浸出率的影响。结果表明:低品位氧化锌矿中铁的还原度随微波功率、活性炭粉加入量和加热时间的增大而增大,锌浸出率随铁还原度的增大而升高;铁还原度控制在60%以下,用质量浓度为80g/L的硫酸溶液浸出,锌浸出率为85.36%,铁浸出率为33.75%。
Reducing roasting by microwave heating then leaching zinc using sulfuric acid from low-grade zinc oxide ore were investigated. The effects of microwave power, amount of active carbon powder and microwave heating time on reduction degree of iron in the ore, as well as the effect of iron reduction degree on leaching rate of zinc and iron were examined. The results show that iron reduction degree increase with microwave power, added amount of active carbon powder and microwave heating time. The leaching rate of zinc increases with iron reduction degree. Controlling iron reduction degree to lower 60% ,and using sulfuric acid solution to leach,leaching of zinc and iron is 85.36% and 33.75%, respectively.
