摘要
天津市张贵庄污泥处理工程处理规模为300t/d(以含水率80%计),采用槽式高温好氧发酵工艺,处理后污泥可作为营养土进行土地利用,也可填埋。介绍了天津市张贵庄污泥处理工程的工艺流程及物料平衡计算,重点介绍工艺设计的主要参数以及工程设计的特点,以期为类似工程设计提供借鉴。
High temperature groove aerobic composting process was used to treat the sludge generated from Tianjin Zhangguizhuang Wastewater Treatment Plant(WWTP).Its treatment capacity was 300 t/d(sludge water content was 80%).The treated sludge could be used as nutritional soil for land use or could be treated by landfill.This paper introduced the technological process,material balancing calculation and main parameters of process design and the features of the engineering design of Tianjin Zhangguizhuang sludge treatment process in the hope of providing reference for similar engineering design.
