摘要
研究基于HVI数据的配棉方案优选模型的创建方法及应用效果。以HVI数据为基础,配棉技术标准为依据,运用系统工程的思想和方法,遵循配棉原则,利用较少的定量信息使决策的思维过程数学化,从而为多目标、多准则的配棉问题提供比较简便的决策方法。模型的求解采用隐枚举法,有效地解决了非线性目标整数规划配棉问题。认为:配棉方案优选模型与配棉方案的评价方法,可作为棉纺质量工艺专家指导系统的组成部分。
Establish method and application effect of cotton assorting optimized model based on HVI data were re searched. HVI data were taken as base, technology standard of cotton assorting were selected as foundation,ideas and method of system engineering was used. Principle of cotton assorting should be followed. Decision-making process of thinking could be mathematical by using less quantitative information, so decision method of cotton assorting problems with multi-objective and multi criteria can be provided. Implicit enumeration was used for model solve, cotton assorting problems of nonlinear objective integer programming can be solved effectively. It is considered that the cotton assorting optimization model and evaluation methods could be the part of cotton spinning processing expert guide system.
