摘要
探讨高速涡流对环锭纺成纱质量的影响。在环锭细纱机的前钳口至导纱钩之间安装自制的高速涡流装置。分别采用5种气压纺三种不同线密度的纱,并与传统环锭纱进行质量对比测试分析。结果表明:在涡流方向与纺纱Z捻捻向相同的条件下,与传统环锭纱相比,成纱3 mm及以上毛羽可减少70.3%~82.7%,纱线强力可增加7.3%~8.0%,成纱条干随气压增高有所恶化。指出:高速涡流装置可以缩小环锭纺加捻三角区的高度和宽度,从而达到改善成纱毛羽、增加纱线强力的作用,其重点是根据纱线密度优选气压。
Effect of high speed vortex on ring spinning yarn quality was discussed. Self-made high speed vortex de vice was installed between spinning frame front nip and guider. Three different linear density yarns were spun in five air pressures. The yarn quality was contrasted and analyzed with traditional ring yarn. The result shows that in condition of same vortex direction and spinning Z twist direction, compared to traditional ring yarn, the 3 mm and above hairiness can be reduced from 70.3% to 82.7% , the yarn strength can be increased from 7.3% to 8.0% , the yarn evenness deteriora- ted in certain as air pressure increase. It is pointed out that height and width of the twisting triangle can be reduced by the high speed vortex device, fiber distribution in the triangle are effected, yarn hairiness can be improved and yarn strength can be increased. The key point is the selection of air pressure according to linear density.
