摘要 探讨双通道气流对冲式雾化喷嘴的应用效果。介绍了双通道气流对冲式雾化喷嘴的雾化原理和结构特点,测试了不同空气压力和水压力条件下,单喷嘴的耗气量和单喷嘴的雾化量,并对试验数据进行了对比分析。在剑杆车间的应用实践表明:采用双通道气流对冲式雾化喷嘴,车间相对湿度可以控制在76%以上,效果较好。认为:双通道气流对冲式雾化喷嘴喷嘴气压和水压均可调,适用范围较广。 Application effect of dual-channel flow hedge atomizing nozzle was discussed. The principle and struc tural features of the nozzle were introduced. In condition of different air pressures and water pressures, air consumption and atomization amount of single nozzle were tested, then the test data were contrasted and analyzed. Application in rapi er workshop shows that relative humidity in workshop can be control above 76% by adopting dual-channel flow hedge atomizing nozzle, the effect is better. It is considered that both air pressure and water pressure of dual-channel flow hedge atomizing nozzle can be adjusted,the application field is wide.
