摘要
介绍了在纺织企业运用各类蒸发冷却设备的形式,并对细纱车间空调运行方案进行了分区,针对不同区域的两种空气处理过程,计算和分析它们的制冷量和能效比,从而选择较合理的空气处理过程。认为:运用蒸发冷却设备时应该根据当地的气候条件、经济条件和车间形式等特点合理灵活运用,才能达到较好的节能效果。
Forms of evaporative cooling air conditioning system in textile mill were introduced. Air conditioning ca ses of spinning workshop were divided. According to two kinds of air processing in different area, the cooling capacity and energy efficiency ratio were calculated and analyzed, so the rational air processing can be selected. It is considered that better energy-saving effect can be reached through using evaporative cooling equipment according to local climate, economic conditions and workshop styles.
