高山草原绵羊放牧生态及消化代谢系列研究Ⅱ.放牧绵羊排尿量收集方法的新改——进纸尿裤法

A series of studies on ecology, nutrient digestion and metabolism of grazing sheep on alpine pastures:Ⅱ a new method for collecting urine of sheep during grazing

利用纸尿裤法和常规法对 6只甘肃高山细毛羊成年羯羊 ,分别在祁连山东段高山草原 7、8、10、1月牧草生长的青草期 (又分为禾本科为主草地和高寒灌丛草地 )、黄草期、枯草期共四期排尿量收集对比试验研究。实验表明 ,纸尿裤法收集放牧绵羊排尿量是常规法的 1.6 5～ 1.94倍 ,纸尿裤法全面优于常规法 。

A new method, Diaper Method, for urine collection from grazing sheep at large on pastures was compared with the conventional method. Urine from six adult wethers of Gansu Fine Wool was collected and measured with both methods for July, August, October and the follwing January, respectively, during 1998～1999. It was shown that the Diaper Method was more accurate and more convenient than the conventional one.
