摘要
论述了煤炭企业安全生产中人作为主体的决定性作用,指出只有加强对人的思想情绪的动态管理,通过实施"三级摸排"、建设"五种载体"、实现"四个目标",将职工思想上的不安全因素及时化解,才能保证职工队伍的思想稳定,有力地促进了煤矿的安全生产。
The article expounds the decisive function of the human, a main subject in work safety in coal enterprise. It points out, only if strengthening the dynamic management to the thoughts and mood, enforcing ＂three--level testing and checking＂, constructing ＂five carriers＂, realizing ＂four goals＂, can the unsafe {actors of the coal miners be dissolved, maintain the stabili- ty of the thoughts of the miners, promote the work safety of the coal mine~.
