摘要
针对不断增多的电网建设项目,为完善项目储备库管理,首先从主网架投资、配网分公司投资、分专业电网投资、分电压等级电网投资等四个方面分别构建了电网投资效益评价指标体系,然后分析了电网投资效益评价与项目储备库管理的联动机制,并提出了相关保障机制建议,以期能够为电网项目储备库的建设和完善提供有价值的参考。
In view of the growing number of power grid construction projects, to improve the project reserve pool management, power grid investment benefit evaluation index system has been established from four aspects： the main grid investment, distribution network investment, different profession and voltage level investment. Then linkage mecha- nism between grid investment benefit evaluation and project reserve pool management is analyzed; the relevant guar- antee mechanism is proposed. The research aims to provide valuable reference for the grid project reserve pool construction and improvement.
