摘要
从项目竣工投运的起点入手,按照精益管理的思路,建立了"四保障、四联动"的基于业务全过程的项目转资管理体系,通过实际应用,取得了较好的管理效果。
From the starting point of completed project operation, this paper establishes the project transferring management system based on the whole business process for the purpose of lean management, namely, "Four insurances, four interactions". The proposed method has achieved favorable management effects in actual application.
