巡检制度是保障电网安全可靠运行的重要管理措施。为了规范电力系统巡检作业,提高巡检质量和效率,设计了一种基于标准化作业的计算机辅助巡检系统。巡检任务的制定、巡检任务的执行和巡检数据的利用是计算机辅助巡检系统的功能核心。标准库的建立实现巡检内容的标准化,巡检点组成的巡检路线及问答式录入方式实现巡检过程的标准化。在此基础上,系统通过客户端管理程序制定巡检任务,由便携巡检终端执行巡检任务,通过数据库管理系统进行巡检数据的管理。系统的设计方案结合射频信息钮方式应用于变电站设备巡检,结合GPS方式应用于线路巡检,使用效果良好。

On this basis, the client management system procedures draw up the inspection tasks, and execute the inspection tasks by the portable inspection terminal, and manage the patrol inspection data through Database Management System. Design program of the system combined with radio frequency information button way applied in substation equipment inspection, combined with GPS method applied in line inspection, the use effect is good.
