摘要
传统的抢修工作流程缺乏有效的监控手段,为提高应急抢修的质量以及用户满意度,设计及实现了"居民用电优质服务"运行保障指挥与监控系统(OCMS),该系统采用了雷电定位、GPS追踪、单兵装备等技术手段,实现了多信息源的融合,对居民应急抢修进行多维度监控及展示。该系统的投入使用可以有效应对突发大面积停电事故,提高了抢修的速度和质量。
It lacked of effective supervisory means in the traditional process of the electrical repairs work, in order to improve repair work quality and satisfaction of customers, operation command and monitor system for residential electricity service (OCMS) is presented in this paper. Based on GPS, thunder radar and filed real-data acquire technologies, multi-source information fuse is implemented. As a result the repair processes can be monitor and control by different dimensions. With the help of OCMS, the response speed and quality of residential electricity repair services is highly improved.
