摘要
为了定位计量表的位置,同时可以进行短距离抄表,GPS手掌机定位抄表终端需要一款安全稳定的操作掌机。分析了GPS手掌机定位抄表系统的技术背景和特点,提出了一种基于短距离红外技术与GPS定位技术的非接触式操作掌机,用于对计量表进行定位,导航,抄表。
In order to improve out-door meter reading and finding, while ensuring the safety of staff, handheld terminals and GPS read meter System needs a safe and stable control device. Analysis of handheld terminals and GPS read meter System technology background and characteristics, is proposed based on infrared technology and GIS technology for the meter out-door finding and reading.
