摘要 白桦树皮是白桦采伐与加工剩余物,是重要的生物质资源。利用均匀设计法优化了超声波辅助提取白桦树皮中单宁的工艺。超声波辅助提取桦树单宁的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度15%(v/v),提取时间30 min,提取温度35℃,超声波功率500 W;此条件下提取桦树单宁,收率达到6.44%,纯度为45.68%。与传统的水提法、水/乙醇提取方法相比,超声波辅助提取法具有提取时间短、提取率高的优点,具有较好的应用前景。 White birch ( Betulaplatyphylla ) bark,one of the important biomaterial resources,is the remains after cutting and processing of the tree. Tile ultrasound-assisted extraction process of tannins from white birch bark were optimized using uniform design. The optimal conditions were 15% alcohol (v/v) as the extraction solvent ,30 min as the extraction time ,and 35% as the extraction temperature ,500 W of ultrasound power. Tannin yield could reach up to 6.44% with the purity of 45.68 % under above conditions. Comparing with conventional water and water/ethanol extraction, uhrasoundassisted extraction method showed better utilization prospect with shorter extraction time and better extraction yield.
