摘要
以黄桥镇为例,分析了小城市城市化进程中失地农民就业现状和影响就业的因素以及政府采取的相关就业对策,以期为小城市失地农民就业提供参考。
Taking the Huangqiao Town for example ,the land-lost farmers＇ employment status and factors influencing employment as well as the governments＇ countermeasures were analyzed aimed to provide the reference for the employment of land-lost peasants in the small city.
