Cortisomol糊剂联合Vitapex糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎65例临床研究

Clinical research of Cortisomol & Vitapex paste in the treatment of 65 cases of chronic periapical

目的探讨Cortisomol糊剂联合Vitapex糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法将195例慢性根尖周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组各65例,观察组采用Cortisomol糊剂联合Vitapex糊剂治疗,对照Ⅰ组采用Cortisomol糊剂治疗,对照Ⅱ组采用Vitapex糊剂治疗,比较3组的临床疗效。结果观察组有效率为98.46%,对照Ⅰ组有效率为83.07%,对照Ⅱ组有效率为80.00%,观察组有效率高于对照Ⅰ组(χ2=9.1808,P<0.01)和对照Ⅱ组(χ2=11.5271,P<0.01);对照Ⅰ组与对照Ⅱ组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.2044,P>0.05)。结论采用Cortisomol糊剂联合Vitapex糊剂作为根充材料治疗慢性根尖周炎,其疗效优于单独使用Cortisomol糊剂或Vitapex糊剂,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Cortisomol Vitapex paste in the treatment of chronic periapical. Methods One hundred and ninety five cases of chronic apical periodontitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group Ⅰ, control groupⅡ, each 65 cases, the observation group was given the treatment of Cortisomol Vitapex paste, the control groupⅠwas given the treatment of Cortisomol paste, the control group Ⅱ was given the treatment of Vitapex paste, the clinical efficacy of three groups were compared. Results The efficiency of observation group was 98.46%, efficiency of control groupⅠ was 83.07% , efficiency of control group Ⅱ was 80.00%, efficiency in the observed group was higher than the control group Ⅰ （χ2 = 9.180 8, P 0.01） and control group Ⅱ （χ2=11.527 1, P 0.01）; efficiency of control Ⅰ group and control group Ⅱ had no significant difference （χ2=0.204 4, P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Cortisomol Vitapex paste as the root canal filling materials in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis is better than that of single Cortisomol or Vitapex paste, it is worthy of clinical application.
