康惠尔溃疡贴联合3M透气贴膜结合治疗老年溃疡期压疮30例疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of Comfeel ulcer dressing with combined 3M breathable film combination on 30 elderly patients with decubitus of ulceration stage

目的探讨康慧尔溃疡贴联合3M透气贴膜治疗老年溃疡期压疮的效果及费用。方法将55例溃疡期压疮患者随机分为两组。对照组(25例)采用康慧尔溃疡贴进行治疗,实验组(30例)采用康慧尔溃疡贴联合3M透气贴膜进行治疗。结果实验组血运恢复时间及愈合时间显著低于对照组。实验组治愈率、有效率显著高于对照组;愈合时间及日平均费用显著低于对照组。结论康慧尔溃疡贴治疗老年溃疡期压疮有效率高,愈合时间短,费用低,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effect and treatment cost of Comfeel ulcer dressing combined with 3M breathable film combination on elderly patients with decubitus of ulceration stage. Methods Fifty five patients with decubitus of ulceration stage were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 25 cases were treated by Comfeel ulcer dressing. The experimental group of 30 cases were treated by Comfeel ulcer dressing combined with 3M breathable film combination. Results The revascularization of recovery time and union time on experimental group were significantly shorter than that of control group. The cure rate and effective rate of experimental group were significantly superior to that of control group. The union time and average treatment cost per day on experimental group were significantly lower than that on control group. Conclusion Effect of Comfeel ulcer dressing in treatment of elderly decubitus in ulceration stage is good, healing time is short, cost is low, it is worthy of application.
