两种手术径路治疗胸中段食管癌的临床研究

Clinical study of two surgical approach in the treatment of middle thoracic esophageal cancer

目的探讨胸中段食管癌采用两种不同手术径路治疗的临床效果研究。方法选择胸中段食管癌患者80例,对照组40例采用经左胸入路,观察组40例采用经右胸入路。结果观察组40例中,肿瘤切除率为97.5%;对照组切除率为90%。结论右胸径路手术方式与左胸径路比较,可获得较大的操作空间,显著提高了临床效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect study on the two different operation approach in the treatment of middle thoracic esophageal carcinoma. Methods Eighty patients with middle thoracic esophageal carcinoma were selected, 40 cases in the control group were given the left thoracotomy approach, 40 cases in the observation group were given right thoracic approach. Results In 40 patients of observation group, tumor resection rate was 97.5%; the resection rate of control group was 90%. Conclusion The right thoracic approach operation way can obtain larger operating space which compare with left thoracic approach, the clinical effect is significantly improved.
