人性化护理在急诊患者护理中的应用效果分析

目的分析人性化护理在急诊患者护理中的应用效果。方法随机选取本院急诊科收治的100例急诊患者实施人性化护理,作为观察组;并随机选取100例急诊患者实施常规护理,作为对照组。调查人性化护理在急诊患者护理中的应用效果。结果对急诊患者实施人性化护理后,观察组患者的抑郁状态和焦虑状态有明显改善,并且患者对人性化护理非常满意,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊患者实施人性化护理不仅能够改善患者的心理状态,而且有助于患者树立战胜疾病的信心,对提高患者的护理满意程度具有重要的价值和意义。

Objective to analyse the application effect of humanistic nursing care in emergency department patients. Methods One hundred cases of emergency patients with humanistic nursing admitted in emergency department of our hospital were selected and as observation group; 100 cases of emergency patients with usual care were selected randomly as control group, and the application effect of humanistic nursing care in emergency department patients was investigated. Results Through the implementation of humanistic nursing for emergency patients in observation group, the depression and anxiety state of patients had been improved significantly, and the patients were very satisfied with the humanized nursing, compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing for emergency patients can not only improve the psychological status of the patients, but also can establish the the patients＇ confidence to overcome the disease, It has important value and significance in improving patients＇ satisfaction degree of nursing.
