神经根型颈椎病的中医辨证施护

Traditional chinese medicine dialectical nursing of nerve root type cervical spondylosis

目的探讨中医辩证施护对神经根型颈椎病患者的效果。方法选取本院收治的80例神经根型颈椎病患者,所有患者均经临床诊断为神经根型颈椎病。将80例患者随机分为两组,观察组44例,对照组36例,观察组患者给予中医辩证护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,对两组患者的护理情况进行跟踪观察,并记录所得数据。结果经过护理,两组患者的病情均有一定程度的改善,观察组的总有效率为90.9%,对照组的总有效率为77.8%。结论在治疗神经根型颈椎病疾病时,给予患者中医辩证施护的效果非常显著,可以有效促进患者病情的改善,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicin （TCM） dialectical nursing for the nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods Eighty cases of patients who were diagnosed with nerve root type cervical spondylosis in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups randomly, with 44 cases in observation group and 36 cases in control group,observation group was given TCM dialectical nursing, and control group were given conventional nursing, the nursing situation of the two groups of patients was followed up and recorded. Results After nursing, the condition of the two groups of patients have some degree of improvement. The total effective rate of observation group was 90.9% , and that of control group was 77.8%. Conclusion In the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis, the effect of the chinese medicine dialectical nursing is very significant, it can improve the symptoms effectively, and improve the life quality of patients, so it is worthy of clinical application.
