锤凿法和涡轮钻法拔除中低位下颌阻生牙的临床效果比较

The comparison of clinical effect of extraction of mandibular impacted teeth by hammer chisel and turbine drilling method

目的观察锤凿法和涡轮钻法拔除中低位下颌阻生牙的临床效果差异。方法选择到本院拔除下颌阻生齿患者共80例,将上述患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用高速涡轮钻拔除,对照组采用传统锤凿法拔除。结果观察组手术时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论涡轮钻法拔除中低位下颌阻生牙所需手术时间短,术后并发症少,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect difference of extraction of mandibular impacted teeth by hammer chisel and turbine drilling method. Methods Eighty cases with mandibular impacted teeth was selected, and divided into control group and observation group. Hammer chisel method was used to control group, and turbine drilling methods was used to observation group. Results Operation time of observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05 ）; Observation group of postoperative complications was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Extraction of mandibular impacted teeth by turbine drilling method need short operation time, and has a few postoperative complications, the clinical efficacy is significant.
