论述了用透射电子显微镜 (TEM )和图象分析仪测定分子筛晶粒和聚苯乙稀 (PS)标准小球的粒度及分布的方法 。
In this paper,a SIS image analysis system and a TEM is used to determine the particle size distribution of zeolite crystal and PS spheres.The accuracy of this method is examined.
