蛋鸡血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)同功酶型鸡蛋壳品质相关研究

Studies on Egg Shell Qulity in Different Isozyme Type of Chick

本试验对60只尼克鸡(其中AKP同功酶快、慢带型鸡各30只)180枚蛋进行蛋壳品质分析。测得蛋壳厚度为0.378±0.028cm,壳重7.686±0.817g,蛋壳表面积71.295±3.839cm^2,壳重％12.656±1.500。结果表明,不同AKP同功酶型鸡蛋壳品质存在差异,快带型显著高于慢带型。蛋壳厚度与壳重之间存在显著正相关(r=0.6160),蛋重与蛋壳表面积呈负相关。给出估计蛋壳品质的简单和多元回归方程,多元回归较简单回归准确性高(r^2=0.76以上)。

Egg shell quality was determined individually for 180 eggs in 60 Nico chick(AKP isozyme F type 30 and S type 30 chick, respectively). The results showed that parameters of egg shell quality were shell thickness shell weight, egg surface and shell weight ％ were 0.379, 7.686, 71.295 and 12.656, respectively. F type chicks were significatly higher than S type in egg shell quality. Shell thickness was highly correlated with shell weight(r=0.6160)and egg weight was negtively correlated with shell surface. Several multipe and linear regression equations of estimating egg shell quality were given.
