The Application Evaluation of LIS in Department of Laboratory Diagnosis

目的分析LaboratoryInformationSystem（L1S）系统在实验诊断科的应用情况，为实验室信息化建设提供参考依据。方法根据LIS系统的应用情况，将LIS系统的应用前和应用后的工作状况进行比对。结果LIS系统应用后，缩短检测报告时间1～2h、提高工作效率40％、节省人力资源5％、降低检验成本10％，使检验报告更加规范、检验质量得到保障、危急值处理及时方便、科室管理完全信息化。结论LIS系统的应用真正实现了现代化检验仪器与现代化管理手段相结合，提高了检验人员的工作效率和效益，降低了劳动成本和差错发生率。

Objective Analysis of the application of laboratory information system （LIS） in department of laboratory diagnosis in order to provide the basis for the application of IT in laboratory. Methods Comparison of the performance before LIS was used and after used. Results After LIS was used, work time was shortened 1 ～2h, work efficiency was raised 40%, human resource was saved 5%, cost was reduced 10%.Conclusion The application of LIS combined modern instrument and modem management means, improved the work efficiency and benefit and reduced labor cost and the rate of the mistake.
