自拟中药汤方联合氦氖激光治疗老年带状疱疹的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combine with He-Ne Laser Therapy in Treatment of Gerontal with Herpes Zoster

目的观察自拟中药汤方结合氦氖（He—Ne）激光治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效并进行分析。方法74例老年带状疱疹患者随机分两组，治疗组40例给予自拟中药汤方联合氦氖（He-Ne）激光治疗。对照组34例给予阿昔洛韦、维生素B1和甲钴胺片联合氦氖（He—Ne）激光治疗。结果两组老年带状疱疹患者在治疗1疗程后．治疗组治愈率90％、总有效率97．50％与对照组治愈率70．59％、总效率88．23％比较有统计学意义（P〈005），治疗组在治愈率及总有效率方面均优于对照组。结论采用中药自拟汤方联合氦氖（He-Ne激光局部照射治疗老年带状疱疹取得了较好的临床效果。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combine with He-Ne laser therapy in treatment of gerontal with herpes zoster. Methods A total of 74 patients suffering from herpes zoster were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=40） and the control group （n= 34）. Traditional Chinese medicine was given to the treatment group twice daily and He-Ne laser therapy once a day simultaneously, while control group was given Aciclovir 0.4g, vit B1 10mg, mecobalamin 500ug three times a day respectively and He-Ne laser therapy once a day simultaneously. To evaluate the efficacy after a course of treament （ten days）. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%, which was significantly better than that of the control group 88.23%, the difference was significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The cure rate of the treatment group was 90% , also better than control group 70.59% （P〈0.05）. No significant adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion It is safe and effective to apply traditional Chinese medicine combine with He-Ne laser therapy in treatment of gerontal with herpes zoster. It can be applied to clinic.
