摘要
目的探讨临床上应用小剂量肝素治疗脓毒症患者的疗效。方法以48例为研究对象，随机分两组，对照组患者进行常规性治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上应用小剂量的肝素。每日记录患者各项指标以及28d死亡率对比分析。结果患者各项指标都有明显的变化，28d死亡率无明显的差异。结论小荆量肝素治疗可以明显的减轻患者的病情及炎症反应，有改善肾功能、肺部氧合以及凝血功能，对于生存率的影响不明显。
objective to study the clinical application of small dose of heparin treatment the curative effect of the patients with sepsis. Methods 48 cases as the research object, random divided into two groups, patients in control group routine treatment, observation group in the control group treatment on the basis of application of small dose of hepaiin. The daily record each index patients and 28 d mortality contrast analysis. Results patients each index has obvious changes, 28 d mortality have no obvious difference. Conclusion small dose of heparin treatment can obviously relieve the patient＇s condition and inflammation, improve kidney function, lung oxygenation and blood clotting, for no obvious impact on survival rate.
