骨化三醇冲击治疗尿毒症继发性甲旁亢的疗效评价

摘要 口服骨化三醇冲击治疗尿毒症继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT),观察其疗效,并与治疗进行比较。冲击治疗组甲状旁腺素(iPTH)、血钙明显升高血磷降低(P〈O.05),对照组无显著差异。能有效控制继发性甲旁亢、降低iPTH及血磷,优于常规的非冲击治疗。
