摘要 本文阐述化工产品如 HCFC- 2 2替代物、冷冻机油以及清洗液、防锈液 (油 )、切削液 (油 )、气相防锈纸等辅助工艺材料在 R40 7C、R410 A混合工质的空调压缩机制造中应用的基本要求和筛选试验方法 ,即低温析出性和高温密封管的兼容试验。并结合实例说明兼容性试验不但在 R2 This paper describes the basic application requirements and selection test methods of chemical products such as HCFC 22 alternative,refrigerant oil and auxiliary process materials like cleaner,rust preventive,cutting fluid and gaseous rust preventive paper etc.during manufacture of R407C/R410A mixture refrigerant compressor for air conditioner,i.e.compatibility tests for low temp.separation and high temp.sealed pipes.By means of example,explains that compatibility tests are necessary and important for not only R22 compressor but also alternative refrigerant compressor manufacturing.
