老年人急性腹痛诊断进展
摘要
人急性腹痛的症状、体征、相关检查及诊断和鉴别诊断进目的探讨老年人急性腹痛的诊断鉴别诊断与预后。对老年行系统的阐述和分析以利于临床诊疗。临床上针对老年人腹痛的诊疗时需要全面、认真分析，争取早期做出正确诊断，以便得到及时救治。
