摘要
采用特级矾土(≤5 mm)为主要原料,以纯铝酸钙水泥、α-Al2O3微粉、SiO2微粉为复合结合剂,添加抗氧化剂(单质硅粉)及复合减水剂(三聚磷酸盐和六偏磷酸盐),首先研究SiC加入量(质量分数12%、20%、30%、40%、50%)对出铜沟用SiC-Al2O3浇注料分别经110℃24 h烘干、1 100℃3 h热处理后试样的常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度、体积密度、显气孔率及110℃24 h烘干后试样的抗热震性(1 100℃30 min,水冷,循环3次)的影响;再在最佳SiC加入量的基础上分析了沥青加入量(质量分数0、2%、4%、6%)对出铜沟用SiC-Al2O3浇注料抗渣性能(1 100℃1 h)的影响,并进行了工业应用。结果表明:SiC的最佳加入量为50%(w),球状沥青加入量为2%(w),其研制浇注料的体积密度和强度适中,抗热震性和抗渣性良好;在某公司出铜沟上试用,寿命达23炉次,比原用涂抹料的寿命提高20倍以上,3条出铜沟每年可为企业节约135万元。
The SiC-Al2O3 castables for copper trough were prepared using special bauxite as main starting material,pure calcium aluminate cement,α-Al2O3 micropowder and SiO2 micropowder as composite binder,adding antioxidant(silicon powder) and composite water reducer(tripolyphosphate and hexametaphosphate).Effects of SiC additions(12%,20%,30%,40% and 50% in mass) on CMOR,CCS,bulk density,apparent porosity and thermal shock resistance(1 100 ℃ for 30 min,water quenching,3 cycles) of the castables after dried at 110 ℃ for 24 h and hot treated at 1 100 ℃ for 3 h were researched.According to the optimal SiC addition,effects of pitch additions(0,2%,4% and 6% in mass) on slag resistance of SiC-Al2O3 castables(1 100 ℃ 1 h) were also researched.The results show that the SiC-Al2O3 castables with 50% SiC and 2% ball pitch have appropriate bulk density and strength,good thermal shock resistance and slag resistance.During service in the copper trough,the castables had 23 heats of service life,enhancing more than 20 times than original painting materials.About CNY 1.35 million can be saved annually for 3 copper troughs.
