摘要
结合医院实践,介绍了缩短平均住院日的措施:将平均住院日纳入绩效考核;加强门急诊管理;提高医技科室工作效率;提高手术室利用率;加强住院流程环节管理;实施临床路径管理;积极应用医疗新技术;积极应用医疗新模式等。
Combination with hospital practice, the paper introduced measures to shorten the average length of stay： inclu- ding the average length of stay in the performance appraisal; strengthening the management of the emergency; improving the effi- ciency of medical technology departments ; increasing utilization rate of operating room ; strengthening the management of hospital processes link ; implementation of clinical pathways management ; active application of new medical technology ; positive applica- tion of new medical model; etc.
