基层医疗机构是慢性非传染性疾病防控的前沿和主要场所。阐述了基层医疗机构开展健康管理的重要性,并提出具体办法:开展宣传教育,普及健康知识;增设专业机构,人员岗前培训;建立奖惩机制,鼓励医患参与。
Fundamental medical institution is the forefront and major places for prevention and control of chronic non - com- municable diseases. The paper discussed the importance of fundamental medical institutions to carry out health management and proposed specific approaches ： public awareness and education, health literacy, additional professional organizations, staff pre - service training ; establishment of incentive mechanisms to encourage doctors and patients to participate.
