分布式创新的知识粘性形成机理及削弱对策研究 被引量:7

摘要 全球化意味着存在分布式创新,分布式创新成功的关键是实现知识共享,而知识粘性的产生严重制约了知识的共享和转移,成为分布式创新的阻碍。通过分布式创新在地理上的高度分散性、网络中公司的多样性和组织松散性等特性分析,构建了分布式创新知识粘性形成机理模型,认为空间距离加大、知识吸收能力差和创新网络的不稳定性导致了分布式创新知识粘性的产生。基于此,建立了分布式创新知识粘性削弱模型,提出通过构建分布式创新知识交流与共享平台、加强分布式创新知识治理、培育分布式创新实践社群等制度安排来削弱知识粘性的影响,从而提高知识转移效率,提升分布式创新能力。
