摘要 数控滚齿机摒弃了普通滚齿机的复杂的传动系统,机床的各个运动轴都采用数字控制,提高了齿轮加工的精度及加工的效率。在滚齿加工中根据加工齿轮和刀具的参数来确定刀具与工件之间特定的运动关系。在分析零编程技术可行性的研究基础上建立圆柱齿轮滚齿零编程数学模型,在以后基于IPC+PMAC的零编程软件开发中起到至关重要的作用。在开发的系统中,操作者无需编程,只需填入相关参数,系统软件将会自动生成齿轮加工的加工程序。 NC hobbing machine slams the complex transmission system of the ordinary hobbing machine. The digital control is adopted in each movement of the machine tool axis, the processing accuracy and efficiency of the ma- chining are improved. In the hobbing processing, the specific kinematic relationship between the workpiece and tool is determined according to the parameters of them. And the zero - programming mathematical model of cylindrical gear is established on the analysis of the feasibility study of zero - programming technology, and it plays a crucial role in the zero- programming software development based on IPC + PMAC. The operators don' t need programming and only need to enter related parameter, the software will automatically generate gear processing program in the development system.
